Apprenticeship Programme

An apprenticeship program at CLAAS combines on-the-job training with academic instruction for those of you entering the workforce. It is also called dual-training programme because of the combined occupational and in-class components. Our apprenticeship will support you by putting your academic skills to practical use in various careers. The apprenticeship can last as many as 1 or 2 years.

Under this scheme young, technically qualified people undergo training under a Master Trainer to become equipped for jobs in the Modern Scenario. It has the double benefit of earning while learning. Apprenticeship is an agreement between you as an apprentice who wants to learn a skill and an employer who needs a skilled worker.

Our apprentices are taught the latest applications, processes and methodologies in their respective fields of work. This also helps you in your transition phase being a school/college student from classroom and becoming a working background. You will also learn soft skills, work culture, ethics and organisational behaviour while undergoing your training at CLAAS.

At the end of one year training you'll receive a Certificate attesting the training and proficiency in a particular field. This serves as an experience certificate when you are going to seek employment after this training.

Build on these experiences.
